On 28-29 May 2010, IMS Surabaya warehouse do an internal Surabaya stock count.
This is a routine activity that is held each end of the month to find out the condition of the existing inventory in the warehouse.
IMS Surabaya warehouse currently reached 9000 SQM and our current customers are Telco Equipment companies.
Many things to consider in conducting an internal stock count, especially for partial materials require special attention. We have to count them one by one for each item. So also with cable, we must measure them one by one.
Results from the internal stock count is quite satisfactory, because it can reach above 95% for the accuracy of existing inventory in the warehouse.
